After 17 years of a rewarding career run at my employer, I’m reaching for a long-time goal of opening my coaching business. I've dabbled for almost a year and the universe gave me a push to go that I couldn't ignore. And I'm so thankful it did because it provided an opportunity for a true sabbatical and time for self-reflection. I found myself with an opportunity to REALLY practice the self-leadership techniques and constructive behaviors I’ve taught for the last few decades.
