About Andie's Coaching

I am passionate about helping leaders become the best versions of themselves and then teaching them to develop their leaders. With extensive culture transformation experience, I teach leaders to champion change initiatives, develop themselves, provide impactful coaching, and lead process improvements. 

 

I started this business to help leaders who have limited company resources, experience, or confidence with building strong leaders. My coaching, leadership development, and culture building experience includes more than 30 years of implementing strategic people and culture programming in corporate settings. 

 

A perpetual learner with a growth mindset, I hold leadership and culture-specialized accreditations including Organizational Development Certified Professional and certifications from Human Synergistics and Living as a Leader, specializing in organizational development and workplace culture.
