Process
- I'll ask you to summarize what's going on and we'll spend time together reviewing your ideas and outcomes to date.
- I'll provide some observations and encouragement.
- Depending on the depth and complexity of your business opportunity, the consultation intake may involve various stakeholders' input with a needs assessment.
- I'll follow up with an executive summary providing recommendations with alternatives designed to have the most significant impact, sample project milestones, resources needed and estimated costs.
