  1. I'll ask you to summarize what's going on and we'll spend time together reviewing your ideas and outcomes to date.
  2. I'll provide some observations and encouragement.
  3. Depending on the depth and complexity of your business opportunity, the consultation intake may involve various stakeholders' input with a needs assessment.
  4. I'll follow up with an executive summary providing recommendations with alternatives designed to have the most significant impact, sample project milestones, resources needed and estimated costs.
